Under close supervision a Chief Life Actuary, the incumbent will assist the Actuarial staff in collecting, organizing, and summarizing insurance company data to ensure and evaluate life insurance company compliance and solvency.

Desirable Qualifications

Enrollment in a major course study in Mathematics or Actuarial Science is preferred

  Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and APL.

Employment in this class is restricted to students who are admitted for enrollment in a curriculum the subject matter of which will prepare the student to assist in attaining the objectives of the departmental organization where he/she will be employed. Employment in the class is based on continued enrollment in a college program

In order to verify eligibility proof of application for, or enrollment as a student in, an appropriate college or university program will be required.  If no classes will be taken for summer session, proof of Fall 2019 enrollment will be accepted.
