Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) II, the Office Technician (OT) performs a variety of the most difficult clerical functions as support to the SSM II and Diversity and Inclusion Office staff.  

The OT types reports and other correspondence, logs and monitors staff work and calendars, prepares travel claims and itineraries, orders supplies, acts as receptionist, processes mail, enters information in databases, and independently performs other advanced journey level office duties.  Typing is an essential part of the job and encompases a significant portion of the work in the office.
