Job Description and Duties

If you are a detailed problem solver with strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills, then the California Department of Justice, Division of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse (DMFEA) Headquarters (HQ) Office is looking for you!
 
As a Staff Services Analyst (SSA) in the DMFEA HQ office, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic unit committed to providing excellent customer service.
 
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, the SSA is responsible for the coordination of the Division’s eight facilities including facility moves, alterations, and repair and maintenance. The SSA makes on-site visits to review plans, prepare justifications, and examine the needs of each office; analyze costs, needs, and priorities, and make recommendations or provide alternatives to management. Division liaison with Department of Justice Facilities Unit and Division Executive Staff to coordinate the acquisition, lease, or alteration of existing and new space.  The SSA will also be the team lead for Division recycling efforts and ergonomic evaluations.
