Job Description and Duties

Under the general supervision of the Information Technology Supervisor I, the Information Technology Associate is responsible for technical support of the Department’s information technology (IT) systems, resolving hardware, software, network, and systems issues. Creates and analyzes reports for the IT systems databases and applications as needed by management and staff. Assists with the infrastructure, hardware, software, and configuration of the network, backups, and systems. In addition, the incumbent will work well under pressure and provide creative solutions in a self-directed and self-motivated environment using current industry standards.

This position provides telework opportunities, including the ability to work partially remote.
