Job Description and Duties

BACKGROUND CHECK AND FIINGERPRINTING REQUIRED.

Under the supervision of the Supervising Fraud Investigator II, or designee, the incumbent works with investigative staff in collecting, organizing, and analyzing official and unofficial documents relating to regional office cases. Performs work of average difficulty in a wide variety of consultative and analytical staff services assignments such as program evaluation and planning; systems development; budgeting, planning, and other related work. Tasks include preparation of draft monthly and quarterly reports, database management, contract preparation, budgetary projections, research, trend analysis, statistical analysis, and liaison with the public, allied law enforcement agencies, various department personnel and public agencies.
