Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Staff Services Manager II will act independently to lead the administration and development of the California Hub for Energy Efficiency Financing (CHEEF).  This position leads units devoted to Program Development; Marketing, Education & Outreach, and Compliance for energy efficiency and clean energy financing programs for existing buildings.

The Staff Services Manager II is responsible for complex administrative work related to state processes such as rulemakings, contracting, budgeting, budget change proposals, inter-agency agreements, and reporting.  At the same time, the SSM II will develop subject matter understanding of the GoGreen Financing Programs, enabling them to represent CAEATFA in policy and programmatic discussions with stakeholders and partners, guide staff with regard to strategy, serve as a key point of contact for important partners and make recommendations to the Executive Director.
