Job Description and Duties

This position provides telework opportunities, including the ability to work partially remote.


The Program and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Academy Analyst will support Civil Rights program areas and the EEO Academy in compiling and maintaining reports and web pages, evaluating business needs and providing recommendations, tracking progress and outcomes, and representing the office to internal and external stakeholders.

Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager II, the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support with a high degree of independence for the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) programs (Bilingual Services, Limited Examination and Appointment Program (LEAP), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Workforce Analysis (WFA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Academy, and Discrimination Complaint Tracking System (DCTS).
