•Understanding of public finance including debt issuance and investment of public funds.
• Ability to apply various research methodologies to develop topical content.
• Experience with data analysis and data visualization programs.
• Experience presenting research results (written or oral).
• Ability to professionally represent the Commission at business meetings, industry functions and events.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others including staff, and existing and potential partners and stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Proficient writing and communication.
• Exhibits good work habits, excellent attendance, punctuality and dependability.
• Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and good judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and make independent and thought-out recommendations on various topics.
