• Statement of Qualifications - A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that responds to the question below must be submitted with Application/Standard Form 678. Applications without the SOQ will not be considered. The SOQ serves as documentation of each candidate's ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing. The SOQ should be typed, Arial 12 pt. font and no more than two pages in length. Resumes DO NOT take the place of the SOQ. The SOQ must respond to the question:
1. Describe your specific experience and education as it relates to the job duties described in the Duty Statement and why you are interested in this position.
2. Describe your experience in researching, developing, and delivering a virtual training, e.g., presentation, course, etc. What were your successes? What were your challenges?

This position is subject to fingerprinting clearance by the Department of Justice.

Training and Development assignments may be considered based on the availability of eligible candidates and are subject to approval by the Hiring Authority prior to appointment. Training and Development assignments are temporary in nature and shall not exceed twenty-four (24) months.
Candidates who reside outside of the State of California may be admitted to the job interview, but they must provide proof of residence in California prior to being eligible for appointment.
