In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to organize workload to meet demands.
• Demonstrate the ability to coordinate field and office related work assignments with investigators, auditors, and attorneys.
• A proven track record demonstrating the ability to professionally collaborate with multiple internal and external agencies (e.g., other sections of CA DOJ, OIG, FBI.)
• Must possess an established history performing IT technical support work, familiarity with project management principles, and the ability to successfully work with all levels of staff.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to handle work assignments with tact and diplomacy.
• Flexibility and willingness to adjust to changing assignments and priorities.
