Ability to plan and administer field or headquarters elements of an enforcement program; as well as ability to Interpret and apply State and related Federal labor laws, orders of the Industrial Welfare Commission, and departmental rules and procedures; analyze information or evidence and draw correct conclusions and make informed decisions; coordinate workload of field offices, including but not limited to organizing, planning and executing the work.
