In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
• Two or more years’ experience in executing or leading technology projects using skills in software engineering, cybersecurity, interface design, product management, data science, or research.
• Ability to apply a range of technical approaches, including data science, systems analysis, penetration testing, forensic data extraction, or human-centered design, to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Basic familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and policies of federal and state, agencies, as well as federal and state legislation pertaining to privacy rights.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to anticipate challenges and develop actionable solutions.
• Experience in mobile technology, cloud systems, digital tracking technologies, and artificial intelligence.
• Hands-on experience building, auditing, maintaining, or pressure-testing working systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate and present complex technical topics to a non-technical audience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task.
