Statement of Qualifications
In a 1-3 pages written narrative (i.e., essay format, no lists or bullets), please address the following questions individually and clearly label (e.g., “Question 1”, “Question 2”, “Question 3”) which question you are responding to in your submission. Please note that failure to submit a SOQ and/or failure to follow the specific instructions noted above may result in disqualification from the hiring process.
Question 1. Describe your experience managing large technology programs, especially in software and system engineering, comprised of technical, professional, and other multidisciplinary staff.
Question 2. Describe your experience and ability to resolve escalated sensitive and complex issues at an executive level.
Question 3. Describe your experience overseeing and managing high profile, complex information technology projects, implementing or enhancing business systems and measuring their success.
Question 4. Describe your experience in the areas of network, computer hardware, storage, software, or communications systems.
Question 5. Describe your knowledge of the Department's overall mission, goals and the IT services impact on the various Legal Divisions.
