1. Describe a complex application development or modernization project you supervised or led. Please explain the business problem, the systems involved, your role in planning and oversight, technical and organizational constraints you had to manage and the measurable outcomes of the project.
2. Describe a situation when you managed or resolved a major issue in a batch job or system interface. Please include the root cause, how you identified it, how you coordinate with staff and stakeholders and changes you made to prevent recurrence.
3. Describe a situation where you addressed a performance gap or skill gap in a staff member on your team. Explain the steps you took, how you communicated expectations, how you measured progress, and the final outcome.
