Experience delivering services in field-based, community, and telehealth environments
Experience developing and implementing individualized treatment and case management plans
Experience working with individuals experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms, suicidality, homelessness, substance use disorders, and complex psychosocial needs
Understanding of criminogenic risk factors and evidence-based interventions that support recidivism reduction
Experience maintaining clinical documentation in electronic health record systems
Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality requirements, and professional documentation standards
Experience preparing treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, case conference reports, and multidisciplinary documentation
Ability to communicate effectively with mental health providers, medical staff, parole agents, community partners, and clients
Strong conflict-resolution and motivational interviewing skills
Experience providing services in person, telephonically, and via telehealth platforms
Proficiency using electronic case management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while meeting documentation and reporting deadlines
