• Demonstrated experience independently planning, developing, and executing complex IT acquisitions in compliance with state laws, DGS requirements, and departmental policies.
• Ability to develop solicitation documents, lead evaluation panels, facilitate bidder interactions, and prepare complete and accurate procurement and contract documentation.
• Skill in interpreting and applying procurement regulations, statewide guidance, policy changes, and emerging requirements to ensure compliant and effective acquisitions.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments while adapting to changing priorities, meeting deadlines, and working effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency with FI$Cal procurement functions, eProcurement tools, and document management systems.
