Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Correctional Administrator, Business Services, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the following areas of Business Services: Accounting/Trust, Personnel, Canteen, Procurement and Warehouse, Food Services, Position Control and Budgeting. 

Interprets and applies all standards, policies and procedures governing the Personnel, Accounting/Trust, Procurement and Warehouse, Budgets, Canteen, Food Service, and State-Owned Housing operations.  

Individuals who are eligibile for a Training and Development assignment may also  be considered for this position.

Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment. Candidates new to CDCR/CCHCS are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan Fingerprinting, as well as a Tuberculosis test/evaluation prior to appointment, followed by department annual Tuberculosis testing/evaluation thereafter.
