• Knowledge of the California Workers' Compensation system.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation case management, investigation and statistics.
• Excellent writing skills to prepare comprehensive reports and summaries.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Analyzing claims to make recommendations or develop strategies to bring them to resolution.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Experience researching, analyzing, and implementing applicable statutes, regulations, and policy.
• Experience communicating effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Experience effectively working on multiple priorities.
