Experienced in Human Resources functions, including facilitating training, public speaking, and handling confidential and sensitive materials in accordance with departmental and legal requirements. Brings a solid working knowledge of California and Federal laws governing leave and accommodation programs, including FMLA, CFRA, and Reasonable Accommodation processes, and applies this expertise to ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistent support to employees and management.
