Our Outreach and Recruitment team is looking for the next Supervisor I leader-a forward-thinking, collaborative professional who is ready to lead a dedicated team and help shape the future of recruitment and outreach at CDTFA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence organizational change by developing people, strengthening partnerships, improving processes, and creating innovative strategies that help CDTFA attract and retain talented professionals.
As a Supervisor I, you will lead, coach, mentor, and empower team members while developing and delivering recruitment strategies, career and job fairs, campus information sessions, hiring events, and Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion (DEAI) outreach initiatives.
This position goes beyond managing day-to-day operations. You will help translate organizational goals into action, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives that create a stronger and more effective recruitment program. You will work collaboratively with department leaders, recruiters, partners, and stakeholders to build lasting relationships and position CDTFA as an employer of choice.

Under Government Code 14200, this position may be eligible for partial telework for eligible candidates residing in California. All telework/hybrid schedules require staff to report to the office a minimum number of days per week. Schedules are subject to change.
