• Demonstrated knowledge and application of professional auditing standards (e.g., GAGAS/Yellow Book, Global Internal Audit Standards/Red Book).
• Ability to independently plan and execute complex internal audits.
• Proficiency in analytical review, data testing methods, and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to prepare clear, well-supported audit workpapers in accordance with quality assurance standards.
• Strong written communication skills with experience drafting objective audit findings and root-cause analyses.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including experience conducting interviews and presenting findings to program managers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments within deadlines.
