• Experience analyzing proposed legislation, regulations, and public policy to assess operational, fiscal, and programmatic impacts.
• Experience developing legislative analyses, bill summaries, issue papers, briefing materials, and executive correspondence for senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, high-priority projects involving multiple divisions, departments, or external partners.
• Strong understanding of policy development, strategic planning, and organizational change management.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership, control agencies, legislative staff, local governments, advocacy organizations, and other stakeholders.

• Experience supervising professional staff, including assigning work, evaluating performance, coaching, and fostering employee development.
