4. Knowledge of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, change management processes, release management, and technology governance principles.
5. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, contractors, technical teams, and external partners.
6. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, enterprise application platforms, systems architecture concepts, and emerging technology trends.
7. Ability to lead technical planning, modernization initiatives, technology roadmaps, and continuous improvement efforts supporting enterprise technology objectives.
8. Knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements related to information technology systems and sensitive data.
9. Experience supporting enterprise technology platforms, including customer relationship management (CRM), contact center, data integration, and cloud-based solutions.
