In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
• At least 4 years of underwriting, marketing, brokerage or insurance experience
• Have an understanding of Workers’ Compensation insurance
• Ability to develop, facilitate, and present instructional seminars and training
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently outside of an office environment and engage with your peers within a team-centric environment
• Positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties
• Ability to analyze data
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Communicate professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing, with a variety of customers
