The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) serves as documentation of each applicant’s ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing. Do not use artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT, machine learning, or large language models to draft your responses. Number and place the question above each answer. The SOQ must be typed, no more than two pages in length, and 12-point Arial font.
1. Describe your experience, in detail, working in the following areas: IT networking, MECM, MECM client management, Windows devices, and Active Directory management.
2. Describe a complex IT project where you had to coordinate and collaborate between the stakeholders, including the software development, infrastructure/operations, and security teams, who had conflicting timelines or priorities. How did you bridge the silos, align your workflows, and track progress to complete the project/task?
3. Describe, in detail, a scenario where you had to troubleshoot a critical, multi-layered network connectivity issue. What specific diagnostic tools did you utilize and what steps did you take to isolate and permanently resolve the root cause?
