Job Description and Duties

Position(s) will be located within the following offices:

Bakersfield, Cerritos, Culver City, El Centro, Glendale, Irvine, Rancho Mirage, Riverside, San Diego, Santa Clarita, Ventura, West Covina

The Tax Auditor position is an entry level professional position that provides great potential for personal development and career advancement.  As a Tax Auditor, you will use your critical thinking skills and business acumen to manage audits effectively and efficiently.  You will have support from your team members and supervisor. 

This position performs a variety of tasks, including the following:

  • Communicate via calls, written correspondence, and in person

  • Schedule appointments and meet with taxpayers at their business and/or other locations

  • Develop audit plans

  • Perform audits using generally accepted auditing standards to ensure correct reporting of business taxes and fees

  • Prepare audit reports and explain audit findings

Working Conditions

  • Position(s) may be located in a high-rise building
  • Standard office environment.

Statement of Qualification

Applicants must include a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for this position.
