Job Description and Duties

The Office of Human Resources’ (OHR), is looking for a highly motivated leader who enjoys working in a positive team environment to join our Operations Team.

This position is responsible for supervising a team comprised of analytical and clerical staff that provide the full realm of administrative and operational functions of the OHR. This includes business services, facilities, contracts, procurement, budget tracking, Help Desk and video conferencing services, and program control.

The incumbent provides daily supervision, direction, training, and support for the team; identifies priorities and ensures workload is completed timely and effectively; establishes and communicates roles and responsibilities; motivates and provides performance feedback; communicates frequently with team members about key information; formulates policies and procedures related to office operations; manages the development, recommendations, and implementation of short- and long-term goals and objectives; communicates regularly with management and keeps them apprised of potential problems/issues and provides adequate follow-through on identified issues.
