Have experience running meetings using the Zoom platform and enabling the accessibility options.
Have experience with social media platforms, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Have knowledge of federal and state means-tested programs like Supplemental Security Income, Medicaid/Medi-Cal, and Section 8 Housing, etc.
Be familiar with computers, Microsoft (MS) products (i.e. MS Windows, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS TEAMS etc.), and other database and/or communication systems.
Spoken and written bilingual skills highly preferred.
